    Fantastic service! I was a little wary about using a company that isn't factory authorized by sub-zero, but now I can't imagine using anyone else. They were accommodating, friendly, efficient, and considerate. They even offered on their own to come out on a Saturday (without extra charge) so we wouldn't have to go without the refrigerator until Monday. They worked around our schedule and did a fantastic job

    Part was ordered and Mike came on Saturday to install it even tho he normally does not work on weekends. He was also preparing to leave on vacation so I really appreciated him coming when he did. I had a similar problem many years ago and that company charged double than Mike did.

    My clothes dryer just stopped working. Mike showed up on time and had it working within minutes. It turned out that it was a blown thermal fuse within the dryer. He took the time to explain to my how it probably happened. The exhaust duct within the dryer was fairly plugged with lint, and also there was an old fabric softener sheet stuck to the exhaust port inside the barrel. The part and labor costs together were less than the trip charge to show up! I would definitely call them again if I needed repairs

    Fast and friendly service -- Mike was out of town when I first called, so I tried another repair shop in town--they suggested my husband or I (I didn't give any indication that I lived with anyone else) try to just take the freezer door off and defrost/unclog the drain myself before having them come out.... I decided to wait it out. Mike got back to me first thing on the day he returned, and immediately thought it might be a recall issue based on the age/brand of my fridge. He ordered the part and arrived first thing this morning install the new drain. I will definitely call him again for my appliance repair needs

    My dryer stopped working. I called at 9am and he arrived before noon. He diagnosed the problem as a bad motor and explained that he could fix it but it wouldn't be cost effective. I decided to replace it instead if fixing it. He was punctual, professional and definitely knows what he is doing. Will use him again

    Replaced a worn dryer belt and some bearings. He told me that I didnt need the bearings replaced at that time, but it would save me a repair later. Not pushy at all. Afterwards, I looked up the price of the parts online...he was VERY comperable. DID NOT overcharge for parts. He did a great job and I will use him again if anything else breaks

    We had a Frigidaire dishwasher that, at only one year old, started to make strange noises. We called Frigidaire since the dishwasher was still under warranty. They gave us the name of Appliance Village as a recommended repair service. Upon calling appliance village, the person on the other end was very courteous and efficiently scheduled a service appointment with a 2 and 1/2 hour range (i.e. the repair person will be there between 2pm and 4:30pm). We were also told that Craig would be our repair man. On the scheduled day of service, Craig was at our house promptly at 2:00pm and began to diagnose the problem. Within 15 minutes he found that a bearing on the motor had dislodged and that we would need a new motor. Despite being frustrated with the Frigidaire product, we were pleased with Craig's professionalism and speed. He charged us $45 for the visit, but said that this amount could be applied toward the labor total upon completion of the repair if we chose to use Appliance Village. After contacting Frigidaire and getting a parts concession number, we contacted Appliance Village once again and they promptly scheduled Craig to visit us to complete the repair. The part was available within a week and Craig came back. He completed the repair in well under an hour and was very thorough; testing the dishwasher before he left. We have had some problems with the dishwasher since then, but they are related to the product, not to the service. We would hire Appliance Village and Craig again any day

    Mike was so great! He went through a bunch of troubleshooting with me over the phone to make sure there wasn't some easy fix I could just do by myself. My washer needed a few replacement parts, so he came out to my house to fix it. He was super helpful and professional. Showed up right on time, fixed the problem quickly, and now the washer is running good as new. 10/10 would recommend and hire again. Thanks, Mike

    The machine stopped spinning 2 days ago. I tried to fix it yesterday, and I couldn't figure out what was broken. My wife called Mike this morning and after 1 round of phone tag (he called back quickly). they agreed that if he could squeeze it in he would stop by. He came, was polite, fast, competent, and effective. 15 minutes later he was done, the right part replaced, the bill settled, and the clothes are being cleaned again
