Michael diagnosed the problem with the washer and the part was ordered. I was able to speak with the owner who helped me understand the pricing and checked on my part which actually had come in. Michael was out the very next day to repair the washer. He was very professional and a real nice young man.
I would definitely call them again with any appliance repair needs.

The LED light in my refrigerator needed to be replaced, and I could not unscrew it. I normally do all my own work, but I didn't want to force the bulb out and do damage. This stumped me because all the manufacturer (Frigidaire) told me was not for my model and type of light. So I hired Mr Appliance in Rochester MN.... big mistake. The website says that pricing will be given up front. I was not. When I called, they didn't tell me that a service call cost $129 just to come out. Then, when the franchise owner/repairman did the work, it turned out that the LED light was just screwed in super tightly, so he unscrewed it and replaced it with an INCANDESCENT bulb, not an LED, charging $70 for the part. $197 to replace an appliance bulb with an inferior one!!!!! It turns out that if I had checked reviews online other than on the homeadvisor and MrAppliance sites, I would have seen that the brand overall has less than a 3-star rating. Foolish me. Won't make that mistake again!

He has not finished the job and does not communicate with me. He said he would return last Thursday and after hearing nothing I called him Tuesday and he said he would be back this Thursday but so far no word from him again.
