He removed a tub/shower combination and replaced it with a walk in shower. Additionally, Kacey removed the flooring in this bath and a half bath with a LVT product. We had many questions and Kacey patiently answered each one and made good suggestions when we were unsure. We also requested that the plumber install 3 new toilets when he was installing the new shower head and faucet- Kacey coordinated all of that. Communication is so important to us and Kacey is a great communicator! Finally, he is respective of our home and extremely neat. We are happy!"

"Once they have your money and have you sign a form you won't cancel you can't get ahold of them by phone or get them to call you back. They say granite will take one month. When I asked how thin their granite was and wanted it to be the thicker standard used by other companies they said it would have to be ordered. It took 3 months. I kept calling and got no response. I thought I had been scammed because they cashed the check the same day I wrote it. Poor quality granite was used in bathroom. Poorly cut granite by microwave. Carpet scraps were not hauled away."

Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process.
