"Thanks Heinen Garage! It is such an upgrade to have this new garage! Greg came out and demoed my old 1 car and built me a beautiful 2 car garage. There were different crews out throughout the process and they were all great. We had to wait a while for the electrician, but we had been warned about that ahead of time. "Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home."

"We hired Colton to build a home in August of 2024 and moved into our new home in March of 2025. I was impressed at how quickly it went. We paid more than our original quote but mostly due to upgrades I wanted. The build was not without hiccups and we had a few of those. I was very pleased at the communication we had during the build. When I contacted Colton he always responded promptly and was respectful. (The work done, above, populated by pre selected options. A house built was not an option so I chose major renovation.)"
