A blessing in disguise. Ryan happened to have an opening the next Monday. The color I wanted wasn’t going to be available by then so Ryan went OUT OF HIS WAY to make a blend close to the color I wanted. It was perfect. Then, with the late start, worked into the night to get my floor done. This is a business that truly cared about the customer and is passionate about his work. The garage floor is beautiful and it is a quality job. Ryan and crew were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. Worth every penny!! Thank you so much Ryan and company!!!!"

"I happened to be in and out of the house during the cleaning, I noticed that after 1 and a half hours all that had been done was 1 small room was vacuumed and the first bathroom was being worked on. I then re-iterated that the priority is to get the bathrooms cleaned and the floors done. This is definitely not unreasonable in 4 hours since many cleaners have done much more in that same amount of time. The areas that were cleaned were done fine, however, it was just VERY slow service. After 4 hours, 2 bathrooms were cleaned (just fine), a kitchen stove. Floors and living room seemed to be untouched (maybe vacuumed, but there was still dust and debris in main areas). 

I sent a text after the service, however did not get any response or action to correct.
