"Terrible just terrible don’t ever use this company, I hired Innovative to help level my concrete they did a horrible job. Now my driveway has more and even bigger cracks, also I was over charged by the representative who gave me the quote, I specifically asked him that I did not want any cracks filled that I would do it that myself but he ended up charging me for a portion without my knowledge, I found out after it was filled with caulk. I tried calling them about it a few times since I have a 5 year warranty but know one has bothered to pickup my call or respond back. They will easily over charge you to get an extra few 1000 from your pockets. DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY they don’t care about you nor bother to even know your name, not once did the representative bother to ask or know my name even though I took the time to know his I was known as “Hey” the entire interaction. Stay away from this company use any other."

Yes, you can pour concrete over an existing concrete basement floor to save time and money on fully ripping out an existing concrete slab. However, it’s not a perfect solution, so consult a pro before moving forward. You must take specific measurements, and these kinds of floors don’t have the same longevity.

In almost all cases, yes, a damaged concrete driveway can be repaired, and the repair cost will be more affordable than a full replacement. Even major damage, like a sinking section of concrete, can be repaired by a professional using mudjacking or polyurethane concrete lifting and will average about half of the cost of a new driveway.

If your concrete steps have crumbled or chipped, you can fix them by removing any chips or flakes, cleaning and wetting the affected area, applying a concrete bonding agent, and finally applying new concrete, usually in the form of Portland cement. For widespread damage, you can consider concrete resurfacing instead. If you have cracks that are more than ⅛-inch wide or driveway cracks that continue to grow, you should call in a professional driveway repair company to fix underlying problems—like insufficient support from the soil underneath—before filling in the cracks. An epoxy sealant is a better option for wider cracks after the surface is leveled and the underlying problem is fixed.

Cost and age are two factors to consider when determining if you should repair or replace your concrete driveway. If your existing driveway is on the older side and the cost of repairs is 50% or more of its value, it might be worth replacing it. Replacing a concrete driveway when it's 20 years old and deteriorating in condition will save you from the cost of repairs that likely wouldn’t save it from replacement in a few years anyway.
