The power washing project was challenging for them due to the grade of my property and the height of the structure. So the project was physically challenging and it also challenged their equipment. What impressed me was their commitment to a high quality result despite the fact that it was a hard project to complete.  They kept after the work until it was done to their expectations.
In addition to their commitment to quality, they were nice guys to have around. Courteous, on time, friendly and focused on their tasks.  They do a nice job of communicating arrival times, project status and expectations. When I expressed concern over water spots left on the windows, they were back to address the concern within hours.
It's easy to comment highly when a project goes well. When there are challenges it could be easy to be critical, but, In this case, the manner in which they managed the challenges was truly impressive.

"Vitaly met me at the property and conducted a thorough walkthrough with me to understand the work to be completed.  He provided helpfull suggestions.  Once we agreed on the scope of work, he provided me a written estimate.  Throughout the process Vitaly was always clear on the cost of any changes.  He also provided me with options and made sure I understood the cost of those options and abided by my decisions.  Vitaly indicated at the beginning he did not want final payment until I was fully satisfied with the entire project and he made sure I was completly happy before requesting a final payment.  He estimated the project would take ten weeks and all work was completed in 11 weeks which is understandable given the magnitud and complexity of this project.
We stayed in communication throughout and he generally responded to my inquiries whitin a few hours. 
I am totally happy with the outcome of the project and I will use this company in my next project!
