He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

He carefully caulked all of our exterior windows and doors, washed & painted the exterior, installed a new gutter and drain pipe, just to name a few items... I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. I don't really like it, the quality doesn't seem great - but most important, it's not level. Drives me crazy and looks bad - just three panels and it's not level! Makes me nuts looking at it - feels like I threw my money away."

They were also willing to work with us for items we wanted to work on ourselves (e.g. staining of trim, installation of purchased sink, etc).   The groups they brought in through contract were respectable and also did an excellent job.
The kitchen is beautiful with new lighting, appliances, exhaust system, custom cherry cabinets and hardwood floors. Everyone who sees it agrees that it is a complete transformation.   The bath is fully tiled with bathtub and shower.
