He has super cool 3D software that allows you to see your cabinets in your space in 3D which made it super easy to tweak some things on the drawings before production. Our cabinet installer and painter told me that our cabinets were some of the best quality cabinets they have ever worked with. The quality is definitely levels above builder grade. During our home building process, we decided we wanted our basement bar to be bar height instead of counter height. Cory was able to make a cabinet add on (and have it look like it wasn't an after thought) and have it shipped within 48 hours - something we thought would have taken at least a week. "Roger made and installed new cabinets in our kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful. I called him and we met that week to discuss what I was looking for. We discussed and set a price that night. He then gave me a time line of about 6 weeks. I was remodeling my entire kitchen so I had other people lined up to complete other portions of the kitchen. He called and delayed the arrival of the cabinets twice - this caused me to have to reschedule the other people I had coming twice. The total delay was just over a month. He did always return my phone calls, the one month remodel turned into three months without a ktichen."

The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
