"It wasn't timely. He hires cheap labor that does everything but isnt good at anything. The framers were hacks using broken lumber in spots. Sheetrock cracked and needed repair ( which they did) the new shower was installed without specialized mounting clips and the flange on shower walls were cracked. The shower door did not function and when I went to fix it, the hanging hardware fell off. New flooring throughout the house including the new addition. The new addition subfloor wasn't screwed correctly which resulted in a reinstall. In the old part of the house, the subfloor was not prepped properly causing the vinyl plank to bow and crack. Jim refused to fix. Jim's crew forgot to put a vent on roof so water came into house and collapsed the bathroom ceiling. ( He did take responsibility and fix that) overall very disappointed with someone that claims to do quality work. If I could rate lowerI would."

After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. "Let’s just say communication was stellar from the get-go! We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us. Everything looks beautiful and we would definitely work with Tom and Jesse again in the future! Actually, hoping to have them come back and do some laminate flooring for us as well!
