"Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

"Due to a family emergency, my husband and I decided to sell our house this year. We asked Justin to come over and walk through the house with us and give his opinion on things that should be done before putting it up for sale. He gave us a reasonable quote, and let us decide what we wanted him to do, and what we thought we could tackle ourselves. He knew our goal, and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted and were satisfied. Justin and his crew painted the main living areas of the inside of the house (walls and ceiling), remodeled the main floor bathroom, fixed and repainted some siding around the house, and poured a cement apron and re-sealed the driveway. He was always in contact with us on the progress of the projects (as we had already moved out). If we had questions or concerns, he would respond quickly. As many times as we contacted him, he was always very nice and professional."

"Heather called the morning of to give me her ETA and I appreciated that. She showed up within the arrival window and we walked through my house. I pointed out a few things that I wanted special attention and she took care of it. This was my first time ever having our house cleaned and I was thankful for the job she did! My house smelled wonderful. 
My only concerns were that I felt like the floors needed more attention. Other companies that I've called have told me their cleaners clean the floors on their hands and knees. I noticed a couple of sticky smudges right away on both the bathroom and kitchen floors and I assume this is because she used a mop vs. really scrubbing at it. Also, I cleaned all of our windows including the filthy (kid hand prints) patio door after she left. I also noticed that she missed a few doors throughout the two levels she cleaned.
