"Great. I had said I wanted both sides of the duplex cleaned at once time. I got behind in my "move in" cleaning so I asked him to come back for the second side. He was very happy to do that. Also there were stains that he thought might come back so he told me to wait over a week so we could be sure the tenant's carpet didn't have any spots reappear. He came back and re-cleaned the spots that came up again. He also cleaned the second side. He is great to work with."

"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. "It turned out very good. He did a wonderful job. The price that they quoted was the price that I had to pay. There were some stains and he said there would be an extra charge for that and he told me right upfront what that would be. He did a good job of getting the stains out on the floors. He was friendly and I would definitely do service with him again."
