"Phillip was an excellent communicator and responded in a very professional and timely manner to my ideas/suggestions about the bait stations. He also sent photos of each bait station - how he found them (empty!) and how he left them (full!). I have been using Greenix services for a year and really appreciate that the person coming to check and refill the bait stations lets me know the approximate timeframe on the day of the service.
