"We've used Urban Services three times. Matt responds quickly, is reliable, honest and personable, and does great work. He has cleaned the gutters and windows on two homes for us and was a pleasure to deal with. In one case, on his own, he adjusted his quoted price downward to account for the fact that the gutters were much cleaner than expected. Highly recommended."

"The 2-person crew that came out did a wonderful job explaining what was to be done and how. They set up and "soft-washed" our vinyl sided house and garage. We had some algae staining prior tot he wash, but that all was cleaned off. Mike, our service provider, did an awesome job. He even came back to clean a small area that I discovered had been missed. Great experience with this company!"

"My yard was full of weeds and dandelions and my neighbors was not. I decided to ask what they were using to keep their lawn green and free of weeds and they recommended elite lawn care. I am very impressed with the quality of service I received I plan on using them for now on and I would highly recommend them.

"Came out for a bed within a few days as promised. They had four bids on the property this one was by far the lowest. Scheduled the work came as promised and performed the work as advertised. Professional crew handled everything confidently. Would definitely use Sauser again."
