"Grant, the rep - was cordial, knowledgeable, prompt: came out the next day after filling out the form. Scheduled the main sewer line repair for the next week. Their work team ran into issues that took an extra 1.5 days to repair and extra equipment, but all included in the estimate! Great workers with whom I talked a number of times and explained to me what was going on and the issues involved. ASAP gave an estimate that was over $2K less than Rotor-Rooter. Although this is probably what comes with the territory, my only complaint was all the small rocks that were spread throughout my yard afterwards - good grief, this is going to be a process to repair what was a perfect yard.
