We are a family owned and operated business located in the heart of the lakes area. You deal directly with the owners and we also provide and do the work. We do have a couple other seasonal employees who help us with the dock and lift installs and removals. All our billing is done through the mail or e-mail whatever the client prefers. We pride our self on service and making the customer happy.

I am a hands-on handyman. I occassionally will bring in help when warranted, i.e., roofing. My standard procedure is to have materials paid and half of the labor up front and the balance upon completion. Special arrangements can be made in the event of special circumstances.
