"Tyler got the job done right, and went above and beyond. Deck flooring and railing replacement project. Quality of workmanship and materials was superior. Tyler listened to my ideas and proposed different solutions at different price points. He even painted the deck uprights, and went out of his way to replace a corner siding trim piece that was loose and in rough shape from a previous repair done by someone else. I would definitely hire Tyler again."

They performed their work in an exemplary fashion from the initial cleaning, power washing, sanding, and stain application. They also masked off the house exterior facing the deck. And they made sure I got to fully inspect the results at the end."

"Three of my neighbors and I took four bids to install our fences. Freedom Fence was selected based upon affordability and their personality during the bidding process. Freedom Fence did an excellant job! They were very freindly, considerate of our property and performed the job in the time frame they said they would. The quality of materials was equal to the largest company that installs fences in our area but I believe the service was equal to none. Thanks to Josh and all of his guys: our dogs love their new playground!"

"We have a beautiful outcome but we did 75% of the sanding of the deck and 25% of the patio furniture to meet our quality standards. We were told they were meeting industry standards which we did not believe. There were many late arrivals and even two no shows on the part of his subcontractor. The owner was responsive to our complaints but when he saw we could make the deck wood look new by dedicating time to sanding he did concede we were right. Based on the age alone at first we did not feel he agreed it could be achieved. After his subcontractor left we would go over his sanding even of the patio furniture. We were told all boards that needed replacement were part of the estimate but we had to find them, usually after our finger would pop through in order for him to finally change out all of the rotting boards. He took before and after pics, telling us after the fact for advertising, they are not accurate of his subcontractors work. And despite putting in a combined 32 hours of hard labor sanding, as the owners, we were offered no discount for how this all played out. His subcontractor did two things well, power wash and staining. But he used no eye for detail like we had been promised ahead of time. We will consider hiring the owner for future jobs if he does the work himself but never again with a subcontractor."
