"We had used Ron a couple times in Hector from word of mouth for tree branch back up, pricing always reasonable and not overly crazy, but worth the work, of course! Then our underground plumbing rusted..nightmare! He was available to talk through situations as we had to demo basement for us to save money and for him to put plumbing in, just great! Everything was fixed timely, professionally, and good conversation between men! Highly recommend!!"

"Sam was very professional and knowledgeable about the issues that we were having and able to fix our problems that we were having and also gave recommendations for repairs will need attention in the near future. The most interesting part for me was to actually be able to see the blockages that he was talking about through the video technology that they use. Because of this, I feel like I was better able to understand why our sewer backed up. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing problems or questions and will use their services in the future."

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

If you don’t remove the toilet, it will be harder to fully waterproof the tile around the toilet, which could increase the risk of mold growth or plumbing leaks. If you have trouble removing the toilet, hire a plumber to help.

Putting caulk around a toilet’s base where it touches the flooring can help hold the toilet in place. A more effective way is using caulk with plastic shim wedges. Place the shims underneath the base to steady and stabilize the toilet. Add some caulk to help keep the shims in place and provide a stronger and more lasting stabilization effect.
