We are a Minnesota corporation doing business since 1999. We have had up to 8 employees and presently have 2. As an alternative to employees, we subcontract labor. This is to our advantage because we all want to protect our reputation. We are a small business so regretfully we cannot finance customer projects. We ask for a retainer to bind the contract and spell out terms at that time. Typically an invoice is due on receipt and payable within 15 days or interest will be incurred from that time. Our specialty is in commercial mall "build outs" such as fast food restaurants and food court spaces. We are very attentive to detail and deal with the public well.
