"It was great from start to finish.  I called Monday afternoon and was connected to a voice message.  Gregg, the owner/installer called back within 15 minutes.  We discussed repair or replace and contacting the insurance company.  Gregg gave me the direct number for the insurance company's windshield repair specialists.  Gregg then scheduled the work for the next morning.  He arrived at the appointed time and quickly replaced the damaged windshield.

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Paul did a great job.  Our previous contractor didn't do a very good job on the rough openings for the doors so it took longer than Paul thought to install the doors, but he didn't charge us extra.  Every door looks really good.  The wall he finished for us looks a lot better than the other walls.  We should have called him first.  He will be getting a call from us on any more work we need for sure."
