As a builder, and remodeler I've worked with many tradesmen over the years. So I can tell when guys really care about what they do, and it shows in their work. I had them work on my personal home build. They spray foamed all the exterior walls, and joist pockets, installed fiberglass batts, poly'd and caulked all framing seams.
