Jason and crew did an outstanding job insulating our 1990 house. We had fiberglass insulation that had blown all to one side. Jason installed celulous which is much better. We had 11 pot lights not boxed in (which sent our warm air right into the attic) and a couple of chutes broken. Everything was repaired. We are amazed at the difference in the warmth and air quality of our whole house. They arrived early, went right to work and left everything like they weren't even here.

Our home needed attic insulation added, new vents, exhaust vents secured and fixtures sealed. I had a bid from another company but they never got back to me for scheduling after we agreed on a price. Started looking for another contractor and found Jason. He stopped out a couple days after I contacted him and looked at what needed to be done. He was very honest about what needed to be done and gave me a bid while he was here. It was far cheaper than the contractor that never called to schedule. The work was completed in a morning. Both Jason and his helper wore masks, covered the floors and cleaned up after. Jason will be the first I call for any future insulation needs. I have recommended him to family and friends.

Jason, the owner, does the work himself with a buddy and they did a fantastic job. I appreciated how he took the time to give us options (cellulose vs. fiberglass), made keen observations specific to our home, was very straightforward with the costs, and even included insulated boxes for our ceiling lamps as part of the package. Price was over $1000 less than the other bid we got, from a company that also had good reviews. Corner room noticeably warmer now and missus is happy! Highly recommended.

My older home had very low attic insulation that hadn't been evaluated in almost 30 years. I've had intermittent issues with an ice dam in one area on my roof that once caused some minor ceiling damage. This issue prompted me to contact Jason prior to the upcoming winter snow season. Jason stopped out on a Sunday to take a look. I found Jason to be a no nonsense contractor and a very honest and informative fellow. He's also polite and professional in appearance. He followed up via email providing a bid the very same day. I contacted him shortly afterward and scheduled the job. Jason was accompanied by one assistant on the day the work took place and arrived right on time. The job took maybe 2 hours and 15 minutes. During the COVID10 time, I was comfortable with having them in my home, as both people wore masks and were respectful of distancing issues. They were efficient and frankly did exactly what they promised to do. The pricing structure offered by Cozy is reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Jason to anyone interested in upgrading home insulation.

I had 4 bids for insulation and I picked Cozy Insulation for a few reasons. The main reason was because Jason, who came to bid the job, is the owner and the one to actually DO the work. Not like the other companies where "salesman" come to bid and then transfer the information to their one of many crews where the information can, and usually does, get lost in translation and things can go majorly wrong. Jason is not only knowledgeable about insulation but construction as well. He told me I didn't need some of the things the other companies were trying to sell me. After I did a little research on the internet, Jason was right. That sealed the deal to go with Cozy Insulation. He did a great job! His dad even showed up to help with the roof vents! He was on time, took pictures so I could see what he did and cleaned up after. I'm so happy with Cozy Insulation and I definitely recommend them. You won't be disappointed. I'm glad my hard earned money went to a small, hard working family business!! Thank you Jason!!

Jason and Cozy Insulation were great! The price was affordable and competitive. During the estimate process, Jason was very knowledgeable diagnosing why we were getting an ice **** in a specific part of the roof and no where else. (He saw things other companies missed). I also had questions about different chemicals in insulation products and he was able to give me all the information I needed. The actual install went smoothly. They showed up on time, did what they said they would do, were polite and friendly, and then cleaned up at the end. I would definitely hire them again.

We were down to R20 in our attic and needed to bring it up to R50. Working with Jason of Cozy Insulation was easy and professional. He came in with the not only the lowest price (by far), but solid reasoning behind why the other bids we received included what he believed to be unnecessary and expensive elements. We accepted the bid in early June and two weeks later Jason arrived with his team on time as scheduled. They completed the work quickly and efficiently, and fully cleaned up for themselves. We noticed immediate benefits in equalizing the temperature across the house during the summer. But we waited to write this review until February, as we wanted to see the impact in mid-winter. We are happy to report that not only did the house do just fine in the bitter cold of the vortex, but we have also seen an elimination of icicles over all of the insulated portions of our roofline, without putting in chutes and other items recommended by competitors. We couldn't be happier with the process or the results, and thus warmly recommend Jason and his company, Cozy Insulation.

Jason and his team performed attic air sealing and added insulation (up to R-50 code). He came out to give a free estimate and performed a pre- and post- blower door test to show improved efficiency (required for CenterPoint rebate--which he filled out paperwork for). He and his crew were very professional, organized, and efficient. They showed up on time (even early! They replaced the outdoor soffits while they waited for me to get home from work) and finished promptly. They swept up after themselves too. I would not hesitate to have them do additional work, as they were a pleasure to work with and gave great results.

Everything was outstanding! Jason was extremely professional from start to finish. His estimate was very reasonable and final price was exactly what was quoted. Jason and his assistant arrived on time and completed the job in the exact time that was given originally with the estimate. Since I have 3 dogs it made it much easier for me to manage them during the installation; I also appreciated his putting up with one of the dog's non stop barking! They were very respectful of the property and vacuumed the areas when completed. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and would absolutely recommend him. I particularly appreciated his getting this job in before winter as I know his schedule is really busy now.

Jason was very professional in communicating to us what work was needed to bring our attic insulation up to code. The difference between the pre-test and post-test of the blower door showed a considerable change in air leakage into the attic. He and his helper worked efficiently in getting the job done.
