They missed one swath of lawn, which wasn't surprising the way our property abuts with the neighbor's (used to be all one plat) and they made a judgment call based on a fence, which was reasonable. I called the customer service number, which was promptly answered and he made a note for the next time they came out. Also want to mention that we received a written contract (emailed).
