"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Both bids were reasonable, and I knew I couldn’t go wrong with either company, but in the end, I’m glad I went with Trustworthy Glass. I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish everything went smoothly. Becky, who does customer service was very responsive throughout the process, and I liked that Andy, Jr., who came to survey the windows, took his time and clearly knew what he was doing. By the time he left, I felt confident that Trustworthy would do a good job. Andy provided a detailed bid in a timely manner and was quick to respond to a couple of follow-up questions. One of the things that I most appreciate about Trustworthy is that it’s a family-owned and run business, and that it’s family who’s doing and overseeing the work. The crew that came to do the work was great. Work on my house took two mornings. The first morning a crew of three, led by Andy, Sr., replaced glass on first floor windows and one upstairs. They were efficient and did high-quality work. The following day, son Ryan returned with a co-worker, equipped to replace glass on the remaining upper windows. Everyone was friendly, professional, and diligent. They clearly care about the quality of their work--and they were great about wearing protective foot gear and masks, and cleaning up…so that once they left, there was nothing for me to do but enjoy the windows.
