"We hired Mick to tear down the sheetrock in our garage, and put up new sheet rock, tape and sand, so it would be ready for painting. He quoted 2 weeks for the job. The job took a total of 4 weeks, as he usually only worked 3-4 hours a day, and sometimes not at all. Poor communication. When he was done, it was not ready for painting, according to our standards. We are now re-sanding all of the high and sloppy areas. There is still spatter on the floor from the ceiling, which he said he would clean up.
