Had Maintenace on three garage doors, lubed the tracks, replaced the "seal" on the bottom of one door and the rest of the boring stuff. Then surprised him by bringing him to another house where the entire garage door opener was laying on the floor. Didn't seem like a surprise to him as I quickly left him alone to deal with the mess, To my surprise the opener was back up and operating quickly and hasn't crashed down on the floor since then, Pleased with the service from everyone I delt with.
