I appreciated the fact hat he responded quickly to do an appraisal that was detailed and easy to follow. I did ask for a n update when I gave him additional information about the improvements that had been done which he gladly did and completed in 2 days.

His appraisal seemed thorough and spoke of his experience in the field, was personable. He took lots of pictures and videos. However, after calling many times, I never got my report. It felt creepy after the fact having him take so many photos, be in my house and never got information.
