Appraisals on 3 rings for insurance purposes. Wixon gave me a receipt since I needed to leave the rings for 2 week. I was given 2 sets of each appraisal- one for me and the other for the insurance company. The descriptions were detailed. Cost was $100 per ring.

I needed repair work done on my diamond ring, and was hesitant about entrusting my precious ring (which used to belong to my mother) into the care of a jewelry store for a week. When I walked into the store, Kim was very friendly, and made me feel at ease. I just picked up my ring yesterday, and it looks beautiful, very sparkly and like brand new. Thank you Wixon Jewelers! By the way, I love the picture of your three dogs on the wall!

It was a relatively small jewelry repair but we were provided the same service as if we were going to spend a much larger amount. The repair was done promptly and professionally.

Out of all the watch dealers I've visited in the twin cities, Wixon by far provides the most knowledgeable and friendly sales staff along with the best level of service. I recently purchased a watch there after working with Kristen for several months to find the right one. She was extremely patient in helping me try one model after model each visit and kept in communication via email between visits. I'm very glad to have been able to work with her, and Wixon has earned my future business for other watch purposes based on my experience.

Wixon is by far the best jeweler experience I have ever had. They are friendly, informative, and not pushy in the least. Their quality and standards are second to none. You pay for the quality, but there is no doubt that you are getting the best when you leave.

My mother lost one of her opal earrings the week before Mother's Day.
At age 95, my father wanted to surprise mom with a new pair and gave me his budget range.
I shopped multiple stores, finding 'Fauxopals' at Macys, Penney's and Herberger's - although not every clerk was upfront about the fakes.
The clerk at Hub Jewelers ranted about the soaring price of gold and how I couldn't expect to get any bargains. The newspaper that day had a story about the 'bottom falling out of the gold prices'. Needless to say I went elsewhere.
When I found Linda Detlie at Wixon Jewelers in Bloomington, I found a patient and creative jeweler. She was careful to listen to what I wanted, rather than try to sell me something. In addition, she managed to get the beautiful earrings crafted in just 4 days. My dad was in tears and mom was thrilled. Thanks, Linda, we'll be back!

I originally went to Wixon because it was close to my house when I needed a ring repaired, but they have been my jeweler of choice ever since. I have purchased several things there and entrusted them with some family heirlooms in need of repair. I feel very confident that they will do a good job. The person I work with there is Preston, but all of the staff seem friendly and knowledgeable.
