The company's prices are competitive. The people in the office and the technicians working on our lawn are polite and knowledgeable. The communication from the company staff is reassuring. The staff send out texts to say when the spraying will take place and give the customer an opportunity to change the date or time. After the spraying, there is follow - up information. "Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing."

"It took 2 service calls to resolve my issue. The only other concern is that the technician did not clean up an area of my lawn where he had to remove an irrigation system box cover and dug up turf around it which was left laying there."

Jessica's design schematics and descriptions were fantastic for planning discussions, and she really heard me when I told her how very much I love PINKS! We have touches and pops of pinks all over our yard. Jessica and crew added trees and boxwoods and hydrangeas and all manner of beautiful growing things to help make our yard more beautiful. "Very easy and professional to work with from start to finish. My husband and I were nervous to work with another contractor, due to a previous very larger concrete project that had a few bumps towards the end of the project and we don't realize it would tear up most of our yard. The first call to Dan started with a small project grading and leveling estimate but through further discussions and Dan answering our questions; we decided to have them complete a larger landscaping project: replace a 72 feet rock wall with a boulder wall, frame a small flower garden with rocks, level and grade entire yard, over 4,500 sq feet, hydro seed, and place a few boulders throughout the yard . They initiated conversations with our neighbor, explaining and ensuring no damage to their yard would occur and if hey had any questions or concerns to please talk to them right way, they had none, and everything went smoothly. Dan and his brother pay attention to detail from start to finish and we greatly appreciated that. The grass is starting to grow and everything looks great. The price was well worth it."
