"They did great and finished the project in half day."
Our team created a trench to the footings and filled it with a drain pipe and rock to channel the water to the sump pump.
This is the front of the steps, before the Gardner Construction team resurfaced the steps and replaced the sidewalk.
This homeowner wanted to replace the window and needed to repair the cracked and crumbling foundation.

We upgraded our sidewalk to a colored concrete that matched our house trim and also stamped it and had an oval shaped patio area off the front stoop built into the sidewalk.
