"Amazing group of movers. They were on time, incredibly efficient despite heavy rain. Moving APT moved out some items from my vacation house in Miami to the storage in west Miami. My movers did all of the packing and they were over the top careful packing and moving my expensive furniture and boxes marked fragile. I called Moving APT and a few other moving companies. Their rates were very fair. There were no hidden costs or fees. These guys are trustworthy and good with communication. I am so over top impressed with Moving APT! From now on it is my go-to moving company in Miami::::::::::)))"

Small jobs welcome

Offers commercial services

"Employees came on location with very limited equipment for job. Was happy a skidloader was not used but carts For hauling heavy pieces weren't on job site. Employees lifted and dragged heavy steel posts with cement fill. Glass blocks which were smashed into pieces and sharp edges had to be picked up without proper gloves. Employees worked extremely hard and we're very polite."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Disposing of old paint, bleach, oil, and fertilizer should be handled by a company that specializes in this kind of waste. Many private junk removal companies do not dispose of these items. Because these materials are hazardous to the environment and dangerous to handle or dispose of improperly, you should confirm with your local municipality about places to take hazardous materials for safe disposal.

While many junk haulers have restrictions on taking hazardous materials, most will be able to take appliances that use refrigerants, like refrigerators and air conditioners. Always check with the junk removal company first to find out if there are extra fees or preparation steps for removing appliances that use refrigerants.

Environmental considerations include preventing leaks, avoiding soil contamination, and ensuring proper disposal of all tank materials in an eco-friendly manner.

Dry, unopened bags of mortar mix can be donated to neighbors, friends, or family who may have use for them. If you want to dispose of mixed mortar, you can dilute the mixture with water and pour it in a remote, unused area of your yard that won’t be affected.

The most cost-effective approach to land clearing is DIY-ing what you can, such as removing brush, small saplings, and other more manageable tasks. Then, contact a tree cutting pro to finish the job for the larger vegetation and trees on your property. Get multiple quotes, look for off-season discounts, and scope out all your options to keep things as budget-friendly as possible.
