I love building things for people to accommodate just them, I see so many things being built nowadays that are just thrown together so contractors can just hurry in and out of jobs for a quick buck! I’m told I’m very creative, I grew up an artist. I’ve been building things for over 20 years. From residential homes, to apartment buildings… From Skyscrapers, and Colleges, to NFL Stadiums (I was a union iron worker for some years, a heavy equipment operator for 4-5 years, and climbed a few cell phone towers and switched equipment 300+ft in the air. I’m well vetted in residential & commercial construction, I can confidently build a home from a hole in the ground, to the finishing touches. (Not necessarily saying I want to😂, ya never know though.) Commercial buildouts are fun to do!!! I used to travel the country and do insurance restoration work, (hurricane/tornado/hail etc.) so maybe you need something that your insurance may cover?!? I could educate you on the process, and work with you on that… Throw any fun ideas you have my way and let’s try and get it accomplished..! Can’t wait to hear what ya’ll got🤩

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

The average pool size in gallons is 15,360. This number is for a 16’ x 32’ pool with a four-foot depth. However, many pools have different depths at each end or irregular sizes, so you may need to use the formulas above to calculate exactly how many gallons of water you need.

You can build a plunge pool in an 8-by-8-foot space. Many plunge pools are about 8 to 12 feet wide, 2 to 24 feet long, and 4 to 8 feet deep. While these pools are smaller than your average swimming pool, you may want additional space for a deck or patio to surround the plunge pool.

It’s best to avoid having wrinkles in a new pool liner. Since pool liners are very thin, it’s easy to have slight wrinkles in the liner upon initial installation. This might negatively affect your pool’s visual appearance and lead to tearing and holes in some cases. You’ll want to ensure proper measurements and accurate alignment during the installation process to prevent unsightly wrinkles from appearing.

A good rule of thumb is to add one or two 40-pound bags of salt for every inch of rain, but you’ll want to test your salt levels first to ensure you’re adding the right amount. Rainwater can dilute the salt levels in your pool, so after significant rainfall, test the levels and add the appropriate amount of salt to bring it back to the ideal level.

Infinity pools do require slightly more maintenance than other pools because you’ll need to constantly monitor the water level. If the water level is out of whack, it won’t correctly flow over the edge, which gives the pool its infinity look.

That said, the rest of the maintenance is largely dependent on the type of material you choose. Concrete needs a little extra care to prevent algae growth, and you will eventually need to resurface it. Fiberglass and vinyl liners are algae-resistant but they’re not as durable.
