We offer references immediately and encourage our clients to contact this list so they can get to know us. We work with local sub-contractors or those asked to be on the job by our customers. We currently have 6 employees We are licensed in the State of Minnesota, and am insured and bonded. We also qualify in many states for temporary licensing thru there local or regional government offices. We do charge for travel time to bid jobs, however we will credit that charge back if awarded the contract.

All projects are completed by the owner Tad Hoskins. Initial visits are always free. Prices are fair. Any subcontractors used are closely supervised and their work guaranteed by Tad.
