"We had a high complexity project requiring working with 2 separate homeowners for a single structure (an 1891 townhouse). The team at Keyprime were extremely clear about project risks and expectations, and that meant that when additional issues were discovered during the project, we already knew about the possibility and were prepared to deal with them. They were excellent communicators (even during a literal plague) and provided really high quality service. The price is relatively high for a re-roof/new gutters, but the material quality is excellent and the workmanship is great."

"Everything went extremely well! We simultaneously had our house trim painted, so Mike (Grand Gutters employee) was able to remove the old gutters before the painters got to work. This was much more difficult than anticipated, but they did the job without complaint or extra charge (which was much appreciated). Once the house was painted, John (the owner) came back to install the new gutters. He also painted and installed downspout leader boxes and decorative brackets. Overall, he was very professional and kept me up to date during the installation. We highly recommend Grand Gutter and would work with them again!

"Was a wonderful experience, and all my questions and observation of the installing wasn't a problem. I had concerns about my down spout being trampled on since it ran along side my trash can placement. Chris installed a hinge so I could lift the piece up and out of the way with ease. He also help me find the right color choice to blend in with my new siding and roof color. I was set on having gutter protection in place. Chris was kind enough to go over all my choices and explain his experience in what has been the best choice to prevent clogging and acorn packing. I haven't had a single problem with my gutters or the screen protection. I highly recommend this company."

"I can't say enough good things about All American Exteriors.  Adrian and his crew were/are fantastic to work with.  They were prompt, extremely fast and efficient.  Siding was finished within a week.  Gutters being finished as we speak.  I made a last minute addition to add some aluminum trim around the windows and Adrian and crew were quick to accommodate.  Pricing was fair, clear, and up front.  Work is professionally done and looks terrific.  It's a whole new house!  I would highly recommend working with All American Exteriors and would absolutely work with them again.

"SZ Construction These guys were great. While we were heading into the end of the summer and our area had been visited by its fair share of impressive hail storms, came out the very next day when other gutter companies hadnt even bothered to return out phone call. They took measurements, gave us a quote, and were on time. They came out a week later, arrived when they said, and completed all of the work in a days time, improved the gutter flow and arrangement on the house. I was shocked by how much better our home looked with high grade gutters. Clean up was also spot on. They sold a great product and did a great job!"

Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts

Yes, gutter repair is almost always worth the investment. Some homeowners believe that gutter repairs are only to improve the home’s curb appeal, but gutters play a pivotal role in protecting your foundation from damage and structural instability, and they also prevent water damage to your soffits, fascia, roof, and exterior walls. You will pay an average of around $400 to have your gutters professionally repaired, but it’s worth it even for the peace of mind of knowing that one of your largest investments is adequately protected from the elements.

It’s technically possible to remove some soffit material without removing your gutters, but it’s usually a good idea to remove gutters, fascia, and soffit and then reinstall them in the opposite order. Replacing soffits without removing gutters is likely to leave you with a less professional and clean appearance, and you’re more likely to do damage to your gutters and fascia boards in the process.

If your gutters get overwhelmed every time it rains, adding an extra downspout is a solution. First, you'll need to decide where to add the downspout. If your current setup only has a single downspout, one option is to place a new one at the opposite end of the gutter. If you already have a downspout at each end, adding a third one in the middle can help to lighten the load.

You can hire a professional to add a downspout yourself by cutting into the existing gutter and attaching the necessary parts, such as an outlet and brackets.

Yes, many homeowners find that seamless gutters are worth the investment. Although they have a higher upfront cost than standard gutters—an average of $2,700 compared to $2,000—their benefits often outweigh the price difference. Seamless gutters last longer, require less maintenance, and are less prone to clogs and leaks due to having fewer seams. In contrast, standard gutters typically have seams every 10 feet, which can leak and require new sealant every one to five years. Additionally, seamless gutters are considered more aesthetically pleasing, come in a variety of colors to match your home, and can improve your home's curb appeal and potential value.

Unless you've chosen to install underground downspouts, your gutter downspouts shouldn't touch the ground. If they come into contact with the soil or pavement next to your home, rainwater can back up into them during a storm, preventing them from doing their job effectively. Instead, aim to have your downspouts end about 12 inches from the ground.
