"Mike anticipated a 6 hour job, but stayed another 4+ hours in order to do all of the additional things we asked of him. He did a BEAUTIFUL and very meticulous job, and cleaned up after he was done. Do not use the carpenter they recommend.
I have used Hillis Brothers before and Nate is very responsive. There was a young man who was the site supervisor who seemed to care less when I pointed out my concerns.
To be fair, it was a very rainy summer and they were trying to fit in the work in between storms.
