"It was a learning experience about window tinting much like everything else. We had 3 companies quote the the job with different levels of educating the consumers. By the third one we knew and had research some too. Rene had all the answers we wanted to give them the job."

"Dale was very professional and took the time to let us decide which tint to use. Very happy with the results."

"Working with Marvin was an absolute charm. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent product and customer service for my home and business. Will definitely recommend for first class windows tinting service."

I’m 36 year old, have been doing mainly industrial maintenance the past 6 years or so. Love fixing and putting together all kinds of different things. Not as experienced with home improvements but I have done my fair share, and am never afraid to take on a challenge. I can say that no matter what you throw at me, I will find a way to complete the job and make sure the customer is satisfied.

"It went well. Best part was honesty. Dale told me that we already have few windows tinted and probably don't need to redo it. He gave us honest suggestions and that;s why we will rehire him and suggests other businesses to go to him as well."

"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. I recommend them."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"PROMPT, SKILLFUL, AND TIMELY. Called for information on Wednesday and the glass was delivered and installed two days later on Friday. Very skilled workman. One window was a bit large and he cut it down and adjusted it on the job. All 5 old windows were taken away."
