"The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs, parts, a new fireplace, etc. to their fireplace. I have already scheduled my yearly inspection for 2024. "Was on time first day, cut wall approximately 6 inches above floor, jackhammered out concrete and removed sand. Left a littleeearly. Next day was a little late, continued jack hammering (had a spot that was abnormally thick concrete). Drilled weepholes, laid pea stone and pipe, installed crock with sump pump, and drainage from crock. Cemented "ditch" that was made. They took care to leave my place clean. Did extra work without extra cost. Personable and fiendly, though slightly unprofessional (in paperwork), guess a better way would be to say informal. . I enjoyed them, and was satisfied with the work ethic, and work done.
