"Northern Sprinkler installed my system 6 years ago and did a great job. This year I had new septic system put in which destroyed 1/2 my sprinkler system. I gave Norther Sprinkler 2 months notice to schedule me for repair (March 2024). I kept them informed the entire time of the progress of the septic project which was completed in early May. It is now mid September and they have NOT scheduled me for repair. This is after multiple phone calls and emails to which they do not respond. And, they had the audacity to send me an email scheduling me for the fall blowout - even though my system was never turned on or repaired. Any company that treats an existing customer this poorly is one to be avoided at all costs. There are other great sprinkler companies in the Traverse City area. I would encourage you to look elsewhere, Northern Sprinkler is not a company you can depend on."
