I hired Story to make repairs to a section of my roof. They came right out and gave a detailed description of the repairs needed and provided an reasonable quote. The workers arrived when they said they would and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Everyone in the company was a pleasure to work with.

A leak developed in the garage roof 18 months after the new roof was installed. Story Roofing was contacted and a crew was sent out and made a repair. The roof leaked at a greater rate in the same area after the repair was made. Story Roofing was contacted again and a crew was sent out and made a repair that seems to have corrected the leak. Our concern is the overall quality of the new roof materials and installation and the ability of Story Roofing to make satisfactory roof repairs.

Very professional, high quality workmanship.    Site was cleaned - no debris was left behind.   There were a couple of leaks but they came out immediately and fixed them.    They stood behind their work.  Would definitely use them again.

Overall, very good company. One minor drawback was the response time to emails prior to the project starting. After the project started, communication was excellent. We have two skylights on the roof. One did get broken during the job but Chad called us immediately, let us know what happened and replaced the broken sky light. We did end up replacing the other sky light so that they matched in appearance and energy efficiency. We had left town for the weekend prior to the project being completed. Upon our return, there was a broken window in the back of the house. Neither Story nor my husband or I could for sure say what happened to the window but Story did offer to pay for half of the repair bill. The roof looks fantastic! Would definitely use this company again.

OVERALL, MOST EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE. QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. IT TOOK LONGER THAN I WAS TOLD, BUT THE RAIN DIDN'T HELP. ONE OF THE EXTRAS I ASKED FOR WAS A SMALL SKY-LIGHT. WHAT WAS RECOMMENDED WAS A VELUX SUN TUNNEL. IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT WHERE IT WAS BEING INSTALLED WAS A DISTANCE OF ABOUT 14 INCHES BETWEEN THE ROOF JOISTS. THEY HAD REAL TROUBLE INSTALLING THE SUN TUNNEL BECAUSE OF THE SHORT DISTANCE. I HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE THEY FINISHED. I THOUGHT MAYBE THEY COULD HAVE INSTALLED A SIMPLE SKYLIGHT. STILL, I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THE OUTCOME.

Went as planned, they took care of everything. They are very busy and told us up fromt when they would be able to do the job. they were within 1 week. stayed on the job for three days, I had the roof taken off and reinsulated to the max. they picked up all old nails and removed all of the old roof. Chad and crew answed the questions I had and they did a great job on the new roof . Would use them again.

Story Roofing estimated about 2 months until the start of the project, and were here in about the 2 months time. They arrived early each day, worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of each day. When I talked to them, they were courteous and helpful. I had a somewhat longer reroofing product since a day had to be set aside for an insulation company to come and insulate some of the roofing area and attic. Story Roofing worked with the insulation company and got the whole job done in approx. 6 days total (not counting weekends).
Overall a very pleasant (as much as a reroofing product can be pleasant!) experience!

I went through the phone book and I also checked online for references. I got an estimate from them and someone else and I felt their proposal was much better than anything I had seen. I was given three options of prices and materials. I gave them a call and they came out and did it. The guys were great. Their clean up and their care around the yard was great. I am totally satisfied with their work. I was really satisfied with everything they did. I would refer them to others.
