"Yard waste is periodically missed, sometimes two weeks in a row last year. In April 2021 yard waste was missed for two weeks after repeatedly contacting the company and being promised it would be picked up in a day or two. They became interested in resolving the issue after I called to cancel service. I wondered if Republic just ignores all yard waste customers for a couple weeks at the beginning of the season to save money. I can't verify this but I doubt that their employees are really that ignorant. The $60.00 bill to pickup my waste containers is a reminder to never return to this company."

I have 2 part time employees who share my enthusiasm for hard work. I don't charge for a trip to look at a project or the estimate for the proposed work. I like to keep busy and I may offer to do small projetcs within a day or so. I have almost seen it all and can share my experience with you if it helps get a project done.
