During that process, no other company/ sales rep took the time to explain their gutter systems from the ground up like Scott from Klean Gutters. Scott was very personable, genuinely cared about the project, and for the cherry on top, was able to give us a fantastic rate. Their gutters/ gutter guard system makes the most sense and seems most economically feasible with their warranty program. The installation team was great, explaining their process before they started, and most importantly cleaned up after themselves. "Ned did a great job! We needed all the hinges on our kitchen cabinets replaced. He found the proper hinges and installed all 28 in the afternoon. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to have around and knowledgeable about the job. He is multi talented, fairly priced, and left the area tidy when he was done. "One side of our gas fireplace chase/chimney had partially rotted out due to improper flashing at the junction of the sloped roof and the chase. This had allowed water to enter through the vinyl siding and saturate the OSB sheathing underneath. The guys from BRR did an exceptionally good job of removing the old siding and OSB and replacing it with new of both. They also installed a new chase/chimney cover which I had purchased ahead of time. The were very professional in everything they did, going above and beyond what others may have done to make sure things were done right so that the problem doesn't repeat itself."
