"One side of our gas fireplace chase/chimney had partially rotted out due to improper flashing at the junction of the sloped roof and the chase. This had allowed water to enter through the vinyl siding and saturate the OSB sheathing underneath. The guys from BRR did an exceptionally good job of removing the old siding and OSB and replacing it with new of both. They also installed a new chase/chimney cover which I had purchased ahead of time. The were very professional in everything they did, going above and beyond what others may have done to make sure things were done right so that the problem doesn't repeat itself."

"We purchased a home in the woods, near lake Michigan this Spring. When we looked at the home, there was snow on the roof, and it was so beautiful. When the snow melted, we found the 10 year old roof was heavily covered in moss and algae. We love the home, and wanted to make it look as good as new if possible....but I figured I'd have to settle for decent..not new.
The team from Peak Performance came exactly to the minute when they said they would arrive, cleaned the roof so it looks as good as new, and when they left, the yard was cleaner than when they arrived.
