They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. Clean-up was well done. The dumpster containing the old roof materials was picked up the 2nd morning after by the "dumpster" company (THAT company needed a reminder call). One reason I selected this company was the clear explanation of the entire process, both by the company rep and all the printed materials he left. This included the variety of levels of materials I could select (I chose the middle of three.) I know little about construction, so this was very helpful.
