Yeager Roofing

Yeager Roofing did an awesome job both times I needed roof repair. The first repair was replacing the entire roof after some of the rafters broke. The second repair was after a tree fell on the roof. I highly recommend Yeager Roofing.

They came when promised, worked with my schedule, gave me a clear estimate and pictures, and executed as promised. I had three spots missing shingles and they replaced.

Inspector was on-time and professional. He cleaned up his worksite and took pictures of the affected areas. Turns out this was a plumbing issue and not the roof. He did notice that the ridge vent needs replacing. He will come out in the summer to do that.

The guys a Yeager roofing were fantastic. They did an excellent job installing roof and 3 new skylights. They kept me informed all they way and was quick to discuss any issues they found along the way. Very professional, cleaned up every evening when they finished. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Very well, from the first call to the completion of the job.

I called Yeager Roofing and they were very professional on the phone. They took all the information about what problems I was having and where I lived. They had someone out within a week if I remember correctly. He climbed all over my roof, taking measurements and pictures of the problem areas. I wanted the leaks fixed as well as new replacement gutter covers and heat tape to prevent ice dams in the winter. The previous roofing company and messed those items up also. I worked with Yeager going back and forth about what work would be done before we settled on just the repair and new gutter covers. Yeager would remove the old heat tape. On the day the work was to be done the 2 workers showed up on time and were very friendly. They went to work right away after making sure I understood in detail what they were going to do. There were some modifications of the flashing and shingling around the chimney since we did not have matching shingles. The work was done quickly and they spend time making sure they cleaned up everything from the front and back yards. I am just waiting for a good hard rain storm to happen so I can go in my attic to make sure there are no more leaks but judging from what I can see from outside looking up at the roof I would be surprised if there were any problems. The price for the work was a bit high I think, but since no other company would do such a small job, I do not have any estimates to compare. I had 3 other companies come out to look at the repair work but they all said they did not do small repair jobs like this. I would hire Yeager Roofing again for any roofing jobs I need. They did very good work with friendly people.

Very prompt with the quote. They kept us updated weekly, prior to the install date. They had the job completed, underlayment and new membrane laid, skylights replaced with the frames built up higher all in one day. They did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend Yeager Roofing!

The Yeager team did an excellent job on a difficult residential roof with many peaks and valleys. They were professional, on time and went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I obtained a few estimates from various roofing companies but settled on them to do the job due to their experience with Decra and their overall reputation. If you are going to invest in steel roofing, don't scrimp and save a few dollars by using inexperienced roofers. You'll have a nightmare on your hands. Yeager's pricing was competitive but they got the job based on experience and I had a prior positive experience with them putting in a 300 ft. asphalt driveway at my home 2 years ago. I'm completely satisfied with the work they did and I'm not easy to please. Thanks Josh, Mitch, Dave, Wayne and the rest of the crew that worked hard to do the job right!

Excellent!!

Yeager did an amazing job! The cost was what we expected with no surprises. We were kept up to date on everything from the exact start date to daily updates on the progress. The crew was extremely meticulous and very careful on to damage existing landscaping. The job was done in the time quoted even though we added new gutters towards the end of the roofing portion. They prided themselves on customer satisfaction and they mean it! Don't hesitate to give them a call!

The siding repairs were great.  The roofing material buckled up a few weeks/months later and kept the area from draining properly.  I contacted them the next spring.  Once they saw the roof, they sent a crew back who spent at least three days repairing, recutting and resealing the material. Except for two areas that still do not drain, the roof looks and works great.  We are very happy with the work.

We were happy. It was just repairs, they didn't do the whole roof. They did it in one day and they cleaned up very well.
