The design turned out great, matches my back yard and house (house and yard are in typical late 90's early 2000's subdivision with vinyl sided houses). The installation was completed quickly and was high quality. The crews straightened up each day they left and did a full cleanup upon completion of project. Had more in the design than I was able to implement this year. I will be doing some of it myself this fall and will be calling Bay Landscaping back to complete more next year. I have been told that they are on the high side for pricing but it was worth every penny to me.

After initial call, the designer came out, talked to us, took measurements and made many suggestions. We went through their nursery and chose trees and shrubs based on their suggestions. Our fieldstone walkways are outstanding, the workmanship was of the highest quality. We paid for high quality work and they exceeded out expections.

We noticed an improvement in the health of our trees. The person that sprayed made sure that my bird feeders were not in the line of the spray. If we were not home, he would move the bird feeders. Great service.

They were punctual, thorough, and did what was expected from them. They explained how they did and what they were doing, to my mother when I was there. The only thing I did not like was their cost because they estimated verbally one price and then the price went up from what we thought; it was another $100 more than what we expected. The person I spoke to was not always easy to contact.

I am satisfied with their service. They charge $3 per treatment, which is very reasonable.

Planting was done on time.

They were prompt. They showed up when they said they would and got it done in a day and it was good. Their price was a little high, but not unreasonable.

Bay Landscaping has done a couple of projects for us over the last few years. They were great. We have had no problems. The landscape designer is good. He listens well. He takes our ideas and then makes it attractive. They also have a guy who has years of experience doing dry stacked walls and he is really good. They are not the cheapest. They stand behind their work. When we had some plantings die they came out and replanted new ones.

They are very good, on time, do what they tell me, and the prices are okay.

They did everything. They designed the landscape. They created the yard. They oversaw the brickwork that we had installed including a brick worked patio and a barbecue area. They oversaw the plantation of all the plants, trees, and shrubs. They oversaw the installation of the sprinkler system. They re-engineered the gutter system of the house; we had all of it disappeared underground. So now, I have an underground drainage system. They installed water faucets to water the plants and shrubs. I can't imagine anything they didn't do. They did all the stonework and brick work. We talked with them at their facility and we got a list of their customers, went, and saw their work and talked to the people that had their installations done. All that made us hire them for the job. For us, they did exactly what they promised. They were very responsive to our concerns and questions. They did the job exactly when they said. They came and went well informed. We would definitely use them again.

They were a little expensive, but it was quality work.

There have never been any problems and they are always on time. They are really good and I am happy with the service.
