"Christine and Billy came out a few times. Generally they did an okay job, but towards the end things were getting missed. They put the sheets on the bed inside out (and the bed was not made in a professional way, such a s a hotel would make beds). The kitchen cabinets still had fingerprints all over. While they moved furniture to vacuum, they didn't vacuum under the couch cushions unless I asked. I had verbally confirmed a date with them once, and they did not show, just texted me the next week and rescheduled with no mention of missing it. From a business sense, they seem a little new at this and perhaps need to be better organized. They were very friendly to me and my family. However, for the price ($90-130 each time), I will be looking for a company that does a more thorough job. To be fair, I was a former maid and have high standard of what I consider clean."

"They provided a very good service and they were thorough. For an example, for things that I didn’t even ask for or think of, they provide cleanings for. They were efficient and got the work done faster than I expected. They really did work really hard and were super kind throughout the process. As a teacher, I would definitely give them an A+."

"The service went fine. He did what the deal stated. He was polite and professional while visiting. It was not very easy to schedule the deal because they were pretty busy at the time I was looking to have the service done. I let the receptionist know I had way more than 20 outlets to be worked on and I was willing to pay an additional fee for the extra time for what I needed. The electrician ended up only doing the 20 outlets because he was so busy. He suggested I email him some dates and said he could be out in about 1 month to finish the rest of the job. I was not impressed by that and ended up using another company to finish the job."

From our first communication to the end of the deep cleaning, it was obvious that Kayla, Samantha, and Brandon were professional, personable and highly capable. They addressed areas that had been neglected by the franchise company and also redid areas that had been poorly treated. The team truly cared about my home and level of satisfaction. They took on tough projects including complex shower tile and brought high-end chemicals to deep clean and improve the appearance. They were affectionate with my cat (which means a ton!) and extremely laid back when she ran across the freshly mopped floor (lol). I’m grateful and relieved I found A3C quickly and look forward to their support long-term. 5 stars!"

"This cleaner isn't just wiping stuff down and making it "look" or "smell" clean- they actually clean, with products and methods I would use myself if I weren't so busy right now. The grease, the old drips, the dried spills-- only use Bright Clean if you actually care about cleanliness. It feels amazing to have a beautiful fridge and pure white shower again. Thank you Bright Clean, I'm just so glad to have a consistently clean environment to come home to!"
