"Very professional. Wonderful to work with. We hired them to put an addition on our home. They did everything very well : foundation, building the rooms, putting in insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, windows, roofing, plumbing, framing doors and windows, ductwork. They even built raised flower bed structures to go around the outside of the new addition. They are a very talented and skilled company."

"Dan call within minutes of my listing with Angie's list. We set up for Dan to come out to mothers home to change out 6 door locks. As well as installations of 3 Ring security camera on the property. He was very affordable and due to bad weather he came back the very next day to finish the jobs. You can tell he has alot of experience in construction industry he knew exactly what we needed to install the cameras which I purchased the wrong ones but he made them work. I would absolutely recommend Dan for anything you need help for at your home or buisness. Very quick and very affordable. I live in Florida was visiting my elderly mother and I trust him to work on any projects that come up in the future."

"They are very nice and punctual and go the extra mile. I would not recommend for installing doors and trim as they are a little on the sloppy side and none of my doors close but the drywall turned out very good. They can do electrical which turned out good as well as plumbing and duct work."

"I was in a bit of a rush to get crown molding put into a baby's room as I had just painted the walls for the upcoming delivery of the crib. I called him on Tues evening, he came by Wednesday to do an estimate (this was our 2nd estimate, first guy wanted to charge an arm and a leg) and Robert had the estimate emailed to us the next day. He amazingly started the job the day after that as another job had fallen through for him. He covered the stairs and the hallway so he wouldn't track dust/paint unto the carpet and moved all the furniture himself. Out of curiosity we asked for an estimate on the guest bedroom for crown molding as well and the price was good so we had the baby room and the guest bedroom done. He said the materials came in under the estimated cost and was not charged the full amount of the estimate. He was prompt and showed up when he said he was going to, appeared hard-working and honest. This was a hassle-free experience and I would definitely use him again.

Drywall questions, answered by experts

The tool you use to sand plaster will depend on the size of the project. If you’re just working on a small section of your wall to get rid of an uneven spot on the surface, hand-sanding might work. However, for larger projects, a drywall sander can make a huge difference when it comes to both time and elbow grease—and an orbital sander can help for detailed areas such as around ceiling fans.

Cracks, holes, water damage, and dents from heavy equipment often require repair.

To properly clean and maintain your skip trowel drywall texture, dust the surface weekly with an electrostatic duster or vacuum with a soft brush attachment. Never scrub the surface. You can remove stains by gently applying a mild detergent solution with a paint roller, removing it with a damp roller, and drying with a dry roller. To cut down on cleaning frequency, avoid indoor smoking and limit the use of fireplaces.

Through expert matching of texture and paint for an invisible repair.

Whether you need a drywall anchor depends on the specifics of your project, particularly what you're hanging and where. You do not need a drywall anchor if you can screw or nail the object directly into a wooden stud, as the wood provides sufficient support and stability. However, if there are no studs in the location where you plan to hang the item, you should use drywall anchors to ensure it is securely supported. For very lightweight objects, like small pictures, adhesive picture hanging strips can be a suitable alternative to anchors.
