He wanted to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the sunroom as it was being built. The electrician Denny was very fast and did great work, but it took at least a month to get the final inspection. Communication with the TEMO construction contact was horrid and resulted in that individual leaving the company. Jim Hall stepped in and finally made sure the job was completed. Jim also was very dedicated at the beginning when a significant redesign was necessary. While the final product is beautiful, TEMO needs to ensure better communication/interaction between the sales person and the construction staff. We were originally told the project was supposed to be done by mid-May. In actuality, construction didn't start till May 9 and wasn't finalled out until September."
