Had to do it myself from the inside- at least what I could access. Would probably give them a second chance if they agreed to clean the tracks."

He also pressure washed the green furniture. The window glass is now also clean. What a difference. I will use again when Florida's environment will require the house to be cleaned again. Because he could not each the top floor, he voluntarily reduced his fee without being requested to do so. He is a truly reliable and upright guy."

We have hired a different contractor to re-do the one fixed by Shamrock as well as the 2nd chimney that also needs repair. The tech from Shamrock was a nice guy he but didn?t do the work; his assistant did the work and its a mess."
