"The people who came were hard workers. However, there was still some shadows (ghosting on the walls) they couldn't clean. I didn't like the steam cleaning because it took a few days to dry and was somewhat messy."

He walked me through the entire camera inspection, showed me every aspect of the chimney construction, and where there were potential dangers due to deteriorating mortar.
